This Guide has been designed for Professor Finneran's Corporate Governance Class Fall 2012.  It is designed as a resource that you can use by accessing the tabs above.  It will assist you in gathering background information in treatises, law and business journals and newspapers.  It will also aid you in locating the major statutes: Sarbanes-Oxley and Dodd-Frank and administrative information concerning implementation.  Information on locating litigation arising from the crisis is available under the litigation tab and company information resources are linked under the Company Information tab.
